目的 探讨四维彩超技术在产科筛查胎儿先天性心脏病中的临床应用价值。方法 从本院2015年1月至2016年6月行产前筛查的产妇中选取300例进行研究，先后采用二维以及四维彩超技术对多项指标进行检测，判断胎儿是否存在先天性心脏病，结合胎儿的基本解剖情况，将检测结果与病理诊断结果进行比较。结果 ①经统计，本次四维彩超的检出率为6.67%，符合率为90.00%；②经比较，四维彩超的准确率为90.00%，明显高于二维彩超的83.33%，组间差异显著，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 四维彩超技术在产科筛查胎儿先天性心脏病中具有较高的准确率，可以为该病的早期治疗提供可靠依据和科学治疗，有助于促进患儿的预后，临床应用价值显著，适合进行临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease in obstetrics. Methods 300 cases for prenatal screening of maternal were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 and were studied, used two-dimensional and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound technique to detect several indexes successively, determined whether the fetus had a congenital heart disease, combined with fetal basic anatomy, the detecting results and pathological diagnosis results were compared. Results After statistics, the detection rate of the four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was 6.67%, and the coincidence rate was 90%.By comparison, the accuracy of the four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was 90%, significantly higher than two-dimensional ultrasound of 83.33%, the difference between the groups was significant, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound technique in obstetric screening for fetal congenital heart disease with high accuracy and can provide reliable basis and scientific treatment for early treatment of the disease, help to promote children's prognosis and clinical application value significantly, suitable for clinical application.
